If you don’t know where you are going, any road will take you there!
Our strategic process explains how we go about doing our work. Our strategic process is grounded in our organizational mission. The organizational mission grows out of an historical analysis of where we have been, where we are, where we need to go and how to get there.
Our strategic process requires thinking on multiple levels about every aspect of the work. For example, the issue is not simply what does it take to win the adoption of a good policy, but whether the process involved in making that fight is accountable to and empowering for the people involved.
